Nomination of Guardian
Creating an estate plan enables you to choose who will be your child’s legal guardian if you pass away or are otherwise unable to care for your minor child.
Nominate someone to provide for your child’s safety, wellbeing, and future. Preparing an estate plan allows you to choose who will manage your child’s inheritance and who will have physical custody of your child. You can choose the same individual to serve both roles or you can choose different individuals. Additionally, you can choose successor (back-up) guardians in case the first guardian is unwilling or unable to serve as your child’s guardian.
